Wilfredo Antonio Benavides Medrano is a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages at George Mason University, where he is pursuing an M.A. in Foreign Languages with a concentration in Spanish. He also serves as an n-Lingual Coordinator, supporting language and cultural exchange programs that connect students across the university.

Wilfredo earned his B.A. in Foreign Languages with a concentration in Spanish from George Mason University in 2025 through the university’s Bachelor’s-Accelerated Master’s (BAM) program. He continued into the M.A. program in Foreign Languages following his undergraduate studies. He also holds an A.S. in Education from Northern Virginia Community College.

He has experience teaching and supporting Spanish language learners at the university and secondary-school levels and has worked as a substitute teacher and instructional assistant in Fairfax County Public Schools.
