Tomás Andres Michael Carvallo is a Conflict Analysis and Resolution student at George Mason University. He is interested in organized crime, US-Mexico cooperation, conflict trends, and methods of narco communication in Mexico. His work on security in Latin America has been published by The Woodrow Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute, InSight Crimeand the Small Wars Journal.
