American Premiere: "Migration Studies" Documentary

Dr. Yehuda Lukacs, former Director of Mason's Center for Global Education (now Global Education Office), will present his 50-minute documentary “Migration Studies,” which he produced. The film follows the emotional journey of ten George Mason University students who traveled from Budapest to Serbia in May 2017, and portrays meetings between the students, international aid workers, and asylum-seekers who are kept in refugee camps in the Serbian cities of Šid and Subotica while waiting for entry into Western Europe.
