Blending history, music, and romance, Songs of Love from Hawaii revisits the forgotten love stories of early Korean immigrants in Hawai‘i. In a hybrid form of documentary and musical film, it uncovers how love, labor, and longing traveled across the Pacific. It is a cinematic tribute to diaspora, resilience, and transnational affection.

Ramen and right snack will be provided during the event.

The film screening will be followed by a short discussion.
