MCL Korean Prof. Dr. Jihye Moon is the review editor for a new Korean language e-textbook series, EPIC Korean, which was published this month as part of pedagogical initiative of the Foundation for Korean Language and Culture in the USA. Co-authored by Prof Haewon Cho (UPenn), and GMU alumna Dr. Hye Young Shin (American Univ), the EPIC Korean ebook series articulates a national curriculum as well as ACTFL standards for the teaching and learning of Korean. The series will now be used for almost all K-12 Korean classes in the United States.
