"Wrangling linguistic data with Python"

 

Prof. Jacqueline Serigos gave a virtual workshop entitled “Wrangling linguistic data with Python” at the 50th Linguistic Symposium on Romance Languages.  This interactive workshop covered basic programming skills in the language Python and described a typical workflow for converting raw text into an annotated linguistic dataset. There are plans for a follow-up workshop in Fall 2020.These workshops are accessible to both those who are new to programming as well as those who have experience programming.
