Ms. Vargas-Gonzáles is currently employed as faculty by George Mason and Northern Virginia Community College. In the meantime, she will be working towards a provisional license to teach in public school. Her goal is to work at a bilingual school or teach English and Spanish at a standard school. Also, she will continue to study and pursue a PhD in the future.

Ms. Painter has opened her first small business since graduating, and will continue to teach Spanish language courses at George Mason. However, she is most excited about having more time to spend with her eight-month-old daughter.
