The 2019 Polyglot Performances, an International Week [https://iweek.gmu.edu/] event, is a showcase of student performances celebrating linguistic diversity and multicultural understanding with performances in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. The performances feature plays, songs, poetry, and the like performed by Mason students in these languages and directed by faculty members in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages.

This year’s Polyglot Performances is dedicated to the memory of

Dr. Walter Mircea-Pines (1964-2017)

This International Week event is presented by the Department of Modern and Classical Languages with financial support from the University Life Programming Committee and the Office of International Programs & Services.
