This course is intended to develop written, spoken, listening, and reading proficiency in Italian through the high-intermediate level and to promote an understanding of Italian cultures. The grammar covered includes the conditional and subjunctive moods in the present and past tenses, as well as hypothetical constructions. The course is taught in Italian according to the communicative method. 

Satisfies the foreign language requirement.
