Nathaniel Greenberg has published an invitational article with the Harvard Kennedy School Journal of Middle East Politics and Policy titled "Narrative Warfare in the New Middle East: Understanding the Libyan Dialect." The article details the role of 'Offshore Networks of Common Affinity' in shaping the post-revolutionary media landscape in Libya. Foreshadowing the failed Presidential election that occurred in December 2021, Greenberg argues that many of the newly emergent media networks targeting Libya are used primarily to launder Emirati and Russian-state information operations.
